Findders was born from a simple conviction: most AI projects fail not because of the technology, but because of a lack of business criteria, product vision, and operational structure behind the decisions. Our partners come from VP of Product, AI, and Operations Consulting roles at technology, energy, and financial services companies. We've built products from scratch, led operational transformations, and executed AI projects with measurable impact. We're not a software factory. We don't take projects without a clear business case. And when the right answer is 'not yet', we say it.
